Maintenance Methods for Secondary Water Disinfection Equipment

   Secondary water supply disinfection equipment The system consists of a microcomputer control system, a feeding system, a reaction system, an automatic control system, a vacuum suction system, a heating system, and a safety system. During operation, a sodium chlorate solution and hydrochloric acid are quantitatively fed into the reaction system via the feeding system under negative pressure conditions. In the reaction system, the mixture undergoes negative-pressure aeration, generating a mixed gas composed of chlorine dioxide and chlorine gas. After being absorbed by the absorption system, this mixture forms a disinfectant solution of a certain concentration, which is then introduced into the water body to be treated.

  1. Secondary water supply disinfection equipment Perform regular inspections, carry out timely maintenance, and ensure the lubrication oil level is always topped up. If you notice any water leakage from the centrifugal pump or check valve, immediately tighten the flange bolts or disassemble and replace the asbestos gasket. Also, verify that the anchor bolts securing the pump feet are not loose to prevent damage to the equipment. If you spot peeling paint on the oil tank, promptly apply a fresh coat of paint for maintenance to extend the equipment’s service life.

  2. Secondary water supply disinfection equipment Choose a location with natural ventilation, low dust levels, and no dampness or cold conditions, where the relative humidity of the air ranges from -10℃ to 40℃. Outdoor facilities such as rain protection and lightning protection should be provided.

  3. The automatic control system of electrical appliances should be protected against moisture and contamination. Regularly check the condition of the wire insulation, ensure that the grounding bolts are securely tightened, and verify that the fuse links are intact. The exterior of the pressure gauge should be encased in a transparent material to prevent damage.

  4. Check whether there are any water-free debris in front of the trash rack.

  5. Before debugging, close the power valve and check the status of all sealing valves to ensure there are no leaks. After the trial run, pay attention to the pump’s rotation direction. When the instrument pointer reaches its limit, the pump will automatically stop. Open the water supply valve to resume normal water supply. If timed water supply is required, you can switch the control knob to the manual position.

  6. After the site has been selected, it is necessary to perform foundation settlement testing, followed by the construction of tank supports using concrete pouring or masonry. Once the base has fully cured, lift and stabilize the tank body, then install the accessories and connect the power supply.
