HDPE Series UV Sterilizer

1. The chamber of the HDPE-UV ultraviolet disinfection equipment is made from high-density polyethylene, a corrosion-resistant material characterized by high strength, light weight, excellent resistance to aging, chemical corrosion, impact resistance, and UV resistance. It features a wide temperature tolerance range—from -60°C to +60°C—ensuring that its physical properties remain unchanged under these conditions. The HDPE chamber has a service life of up to 50 years and exhibits outstanding adaptability to corrosive chemical wastewater, seawater, and harsh climatic conditions. 2. High-output UV lamps ensure effective disinfection performance. 3. Application areas: reclaimed water reuse, industrial wastewater treatment, the chemical industry, seawater-to-freshwater conversion for aquaculture, swimming pools, and more.

Vertical UV Disinfectant

Cavity made of SS304 material (SS316 optional). Inner wall of the cavity is polished. The unique design ensures that the quartz sleeve rests on an elastic fluororubber ring, preventing rigid contact with the cavity. The inlet and outlet water directions can be designed according to the user’s requirements. The inlet and outlet ports feature swivel flanges for easier connection by users. Vertical installation takes up minimal space and facilitates pipe connections.

Open-channel UV sterilizer

(1) The underwater metal components are made of SS316 material. (2) The automatic cleaning device is driven by compressed air. (3) The cleaning ring is made of SS316 stainless steel wire. (4) Low water resistance design. (5) No specialized lifting equipment is required; the rack can be manually lifted out of the water. (6) The quartz sleeve features a double-seal waterproof design, allowing for quick replacement of the sealing ring without the need for professional personnel. (7) Both ends of the quartz sleeve are securely fixed to prevent loosening or displacement. (8) Simple and quick maintenance and upkeep.
