2. Advanced, stable ballast specifically designed for UV lamps (invention patent: 200810027332.3), tailored for preheating-type lamps and perfectly matched with the lamp tubes to prevent lamp burnout.
3. Each UV chamber must undergo a pressure leak test at 4 kg/cm² or 7 kg/cm² to ensure there are no leaks.
4. Optionally equipped with manual and automatic cleaning functions (the self-developed cleaning ring features a patented technology with patent number ZL200910038535.7), as well as remote control and backup system switchover capabilities. The automatic cleaning option offers two methods: pneumatic cleaning and electric cleaning.
5. An PLC-based automatic control system is available, enabling online monitoring of the UV sterilizer’s start/stop functions, cleaning system, UV intensity, real-time temperature, and system faults. The system is simple to operate and user-friendly.
