AOT Series Advanced Oxidation Disinfection System
Photocatalysis is based on the strong oxidizing ability of photocatalysts under illumination conditions.
As a catalyst, a photocatalyst does not directly participate in the degradation reaction. As long as it does not detach or get consumed, it can remain effective for a long period of time.
This advanced photocatalytic oxidation system is divided into two major series according to reactor structure.
CDO₃ Series Advanced Oxidation Disinfection System
This system employs the corona discharge principle at high voltage. Under the influence of a high-voltage electric field, oxygen molecules are dissociated into oxygen atoms, which then recombine to produce high-concentration ozone gas.
This system utilizes a segmented AOP reactor and an internal-recirculation ozone injection process, and is equipped with features such as jet mixers and booster pumps.
A PLC-based automatic control system is available, enabling online monitoring of the UV sterilizer’s start/stop functions, cleaning system, UV intensity, real-time temperature, and system faults. The system is simple to operate and easy to use.
(1) The underwater metal components are made of SS316 material.
(2) The automatic cleaning device is driven by compressed air.
(3) The cleaning ring is made of SS316 stainless steel wire.
(4) Low water resistance design.
(5) No specialized lifting equipment is required; the rack can be manually lifted out of the water.
(6) The quartz sleeve features a double-seal waterproof design, allowing for quick replacement of the sealing ring without the need for professional personnel.
(7) Both ends of the quartz sleeve are securely fixed to prevent loosening or displacement.
(8) Simple and quick maintenance and upkeep.
1. The F series features a single-ended opening design and can be installed both horizontally and vertically.
2. The ballast is equipped with an indicator light showing the lamp’s operating status, as well as fault alarm prompts. It carries CE, RoHS, and UL certifications, and its power supply is 230V AC, 50Hz.
3. The sterilization lamps, imported from Europe and the U.S., have an effective service life of 8,000 to 12,000 hours.
4. The sterilizer’s housing is made of 304 stainless steel (316L material is available as an option), with a pressure resistance of 0.7 MPa.
5. The sterilizer’s housing undergoes mechanical polishing (electrolytic polishing is available as an optional feature).
