What are the customized and commonly used models and specifications of UV sterilizers?

Ultraviolet disinfection is a highly efficient, non-chemical method for inhibiting mold growth. It offers low maintenance costs and is environmentally friendly. As a purely physical disinfection technology, UV disinfection not only effectively removes most microorganisms from water but also does not produce any disinfection byproducts, thereby ensuring that the microbial levels at the tap meet the required quality standards.

The model specifications of ultraviolet disinfectors are primarily determined by the output power of the UV lamp. Generally, the appropriate product output power—i.e., the product specifications—should be selected based on the water flow rate.

Small total flow rates include 900,000, 1,650,000, and 2,600,000, among others. Medium-level total flow rates include 3,900,000 and 3,500,000, among others. Large total flow rates range from 1,500,000 to 1,320,000. Customers can select the appropriate model based on their specific requirements.

Another feature is that the flange specifications can also be customized according to the customer’s pipeline specifications and model numbers, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. The length of the sterilizer varies from 97 cm to 140 cm, and the diameter of the pipe openings ranges from 5.9 cm to 27.3 cm; different models will have certain variations.

I. Pipeline-type UV Disinfectors

The pipeline-type UV sterilizer features a small footprint, low installation costs, and a handheld design. Its flanged inlet and outlet ports are not fixed—customers can choose either end as the inlet or outlet according to their preferences. Equipped with an electronic ballast, this device operates more smoothly and boasts higher efficiency. It is ideal for disinfecting and sterilizing small-flow water supplies and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including residential communities, university campuses, newly developed housing estates, swimming pool water supply systems, rural water renovation projects, and many other similar settings.

II. Customized UV Disinfectors

The product conforms to standardized design specifications. However, taking into account the needs of the general public, the UV sterilizer is available as a custom solution. Based on factors such as the anticipated water flow rate and water quality standards, we have designed a comprehensive, tailor-made solution.
