What are the module groups of open-channel UV disinfection equipment systems?

Open-channel UV disinfection equipment system module group
1) Suspended in open-channel wastewater.
2) The entire module support structure is designed to prevent ultraviolet radiation from leaking outside the open channel in the event of an accident.
3) When replacing the lamp tube or quartz sleeve, each module can be lifted independently.
4) Each complete UV lamp module assembly includes a UV lamp tube, a quartz sleeve, a stainless steel frame, and a mechanically automated cleaning device installed inside it.
5) Each UV lamp tube is housed inside a separate quartz sleeve. One end of the sleeve is sealed, while the other end is sealed by the lamp’s hermetic sealing structure.
6) The quartz sleeve is secured to the frame via an O-ring, ensuring that the quartz sleeve does not come into contact with any metal components of the frame. Each UV lamp module assembly features an IP65 or equivalent sealing rating for its above-water portion and an IP68 or equivalent sealing rating for its underwater portion.
7) The two ends of the quartz sleeve are located within the steel structural components on both sides of the UV lamp module frame.
8) The design of the UV module takes into account the convenience of operators in replacing the lamp and quartz sleeve. Replacing the lamp and quartz sleeve can be done without the need for specialized personnel or special equipment.
9) When maintenance is required, the UV disinfection module can be lifted manually or by mechanical means.
