Introduction to the Control Center of Open-Channel UV Disinfection Systems

Open-channel UV disinfection system control center
1) Instrument ambient temperature: 50℃.
2) Power supply: 380V, 50Hz.
3) Displays a working status indicator when the UV disinfection system is operating.
4) A touch-sensitive LCD display with a 5.7-inch screen.
5) PLC: Use products from Siemens, Schneider, or Omron.
6) The system’s operating interface is compatible with commercially available, legitimate software commonly used in programmable control systems and is equipped with an LCD screen. Passwords can be changed without interrupting the ongoing operation. The system features UV light regulation, monitoring, and alarm functions, and provides an operational menu.
7) The ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization control system shall trigger alarms under the following circumstances (the UV disinfection system alarm—all operating conditions can be simultaneously transmitted to the control center within the wastewater treatment plant): (1) Power failure alarm for the UV sterilization system. (2) Alarm indicating failure of critical instruments or malfunction in signal transmission. (3) Lamp failure: A failure in even a single lamp will trigger a lamp failure alarm; the alarm can indicate the specific location of the faulty lamp. This display method allows identification of which module group, which individual module, and which particular lamp is experiencing the issue. (4) Low UV intensity: That is, when the UV intensity falls below 80% of the intensity achieved after the lamps have undergone 100 hours of running-in and stabilization. (5) Low water level alarm in open channels. (6) Low-critical-signal alarm: This type of alarm does not actually affect system operation and can be addressed once urgent matters have been resolved. (7) High-critical-signal alarm: This alarm requires immediate attention to prevent operational problems and damage to the system.
8) The programmable control system shall be capable of monitoring the status of each individual UV sterilization lamp and providing the following information to the computer system: (1) On/Off status of the UV lamps; (2) Operating time of the UV lamp group (in hours); (3) Number of on/off cycles of the UV lamp group.
9) Installation location: Above the open channel.
