Open-channel UV disinfection unit: quartz sleeve and seal
1) Transmittance of the quartz sleeve: >90%.
2) Operating pressure in open-channel wastewater: 2 bar.
3) The quartz sleeve nut features a knurled surface for easy gripping when tightening.
4) The lamp tube is loaded and unloaded from one end of the quartz sleeve.
5) Each lamp tube is housed inside a separate quartz sleeve, one end of which is sealed, while the other end is sealed by the lamp’s hermetic sealing structure.
6) The lamp tube features a double-seal design that completely isolates the lamp from the UV module and other lamps on the module. In the event of accidental breakage of the quartz sleeve, the double seal on the lamp holder can prevent moisture from entering.
Enter the fluorescent tube module frame and connect it to the wiring of other fluorescent tubes.
7) The open end of the quartz sleeve is sealed by a corrosion-resistant material sleeve nut, a steel sleeve, and a compression-type O-ring.
