　　Ultraviolet light is a type of radiation that we cannot see or touch. According to its wavelength, it can be divided into three spectral bands. The principle behind ultraviolet disinfection lies in using ultraviolet light of an appropriate wavelength to irradiate water, thereby damaging the nucleic acids of microorganisms and bacteria and achieving a sterilizing effect. 　　The chamber of the flow-through ultraviolet sterilizer is primarily made of stainless steel, while the external control box is constructed from steel-plastic material. The ballast, operation indicator, working timer, and alarm system are all housed in the external control box. The sterilizer employs high-purity quartz sleeves and high-performance quartz low-pressure mercury UV disinfection lamps, offering strong bactericidal efficacy, long service life, and stable, reliable operation. Its sterilization efficiency is ≥99%, and the lamp’s service life is ≥9,000 hours. This model supports remote operation, reduces vibrations caused by water flow during high-flow processing, and minimizes the space required during use, thereby extending the overall equipment lifespan and enhancing operational flexibility. 　　Function of the flow-through UV sterilizer:

　　1. The external distribution box can be placed in a separate space and compartment for independent operation;

　　2. The entire machine is made of 304/316/316L (optional) stainless steel, with both internal and external polishing that provides excellent corrosion resistance and deformation resistance.

　　3. Equipped with a work indicator light, a working-hour meter, and an alarm system;

　　4. Equipped with high-transmittance pure quartz sleeves and highly stable medium- and low-pressure sterilization lamps, the product boasts a service life exceeding 9,000 hours, during which the UV-C output remains constant.

　　5. Equipped with a UV-specific ballast, ensuring stable operation and guaranteeing the service life and efficiency of the UV germicidal lamp.

　　Performance of flow-through UV sterilizers:

　　1. The ultraviolet disinfection system can remove more than 99.99% of various viruses and bacteria from seawater, freshwater, or other water bodies after treatment. The cost per ton of water treated ranges from 4% to 0.1 RMB, depending on the cleanliness of the water body.
